Privacy policy
MONMAKS d.o.o., Bulevar Crnogorskih serdara 5/1, 81000 Podgorica, Montenegro, processes personal information submitted through this website solely in order to respond to investor enquiries.
Information we collect
The enquiry form collects your full name, company, email address, project location, project type and stage, the message, the site language, the address of the page the enquiry was sent from and the time of submission.
To protect the form from abuse we also keep the browser identification string and an irreversibly hashed marker of the network address. The IP address itself is not stored.
Purpose and legal basis
The information is used only to respond to your enquiry and, if we agree to continue, to discuss the project. The legal basis is the consent you give when submitting the form.
We do not add you to any marketing list and we do not send newsletters on the basis of an enquiry.
Storage and access
Enquiries are stored in a private database accessible only to the authorised MONMAKS administrator. We do not sell or share the information with third parties, other than the hosting and email notification providers that process it on our instructions.
Enquiries are kept for as long as they are needed for the project conversation, and no longer than three years after the last contact.
Google Analytics and consent
Google Analytics 4 loads only after you explicitly accept analytics cookies. Before that, no request is sent to Google.
Its purpose is aggregated measurement of visits and website usage so that we can improve our content. Advertising storage, ad user data and ad personalisation remain permanently disabled.
You can reject analytics without losing anything: the website and the enquiry form work exactly the same. You can change your choice at any time through the Privacy settings link in the footer.
The data analytics may cover includes visited pages, approximate location derived from the IP address, device and browser information, the referral source and interaction events such as opening an article or sending an enquiry. No enquiry form content is sent to Google Analytics. The data is processed in aggregate form, but we do not claim that it is completely anonymous.
